Breath Tones Exercises
For the People of Ukraine
Start with 6 breath cycles, follow the upward moving tones on the inhale,
and the downward moving tones on the exhale.
Stay within your comfort zone.
6 breath cycles per minute (cpm) for 30 minutes
5 breath cycles per minute (cpm) for 20 minutes
4 breath cycles per minute (cpm) for 20 minutes
3 breath cycles per minute (cpm) for 20 minutes
