THE METHOD
From the Inside-Out
In supportive group settings, participants use singing as a tool—and a tool only—to explore greater levels of expression, presence, and personal power. Through playful exercises, vocal techniques, harmonies, and call-and-response activities, participants move from self-consciousness to authenticity, transforming both how they communicate and how they are experienced by others.
Breaking the Ice
The process begins with energizing vocal exercises, tongue twisters, and warm-ups that create trust, free the voice, and quiet the inner critic.
